In the matter of the partition of the land known as_____,.

Whereas, by orders dated the_____, day of_____, the several persons whose names are respectively contained in the several Schedules indorsed hereon were declared to be the owners of [or entitled to*] the several parcels of landing in the said Schedules respectively mentioned: And whereas the sain land was, at the time of the said partition, subject to [unclear: lea] dated the_____, day of_____, and made between and_____, for a term of_____, years, at a_____, rent of_____, payable_____, upon the covenants [Here state covenants it is intended to negative, modify, or apportion]:
Upon hearing the parties, and upon evidence taken,
I do hereby order that, in lieu of the rent reserved by the said lease, there shall be paid to the persons named in the First Schedule the sum of_____, in the relative proportion set out in the said First Schedule; to the persons named in the Second Schedule hereto the sum of_____, in the relative proportions set out in the said Second Schedule; and I do further order that the benefit and burden of the covenants [State any apportionment or otherwise].
