We have always been able to get on very well with our hands without the intervention of others, and we trust we shall always be able to do so. You are probably aware we have for some time past worked our mill on the eight-hour system, and the rate of wages we pay is about equal to your scale. If our hands have any grievance we are always willing to discuss the matter with them.
