Dissolution.
95. It shall be the right of one-fifth of the total number of
members, or of one hundred members, if the District should at any time number one thousand members, and not more than ten thousand, or of five hundred members, if it shall at any time number more than ten thousand members, to apply to the Registrar of Friendly Societies for an investigation into the affairs of the District, or for winding up the same.
