Federal Council Interpretation Bill
Federal Council Interpretation Bill.
Mr. Berry moved,—"For leave to introduce a bill for shortening the language used in Acts of the Federal Council of Australasia," saying this is merely a formal motion. It is an Act which has been adopted by previous Legislatures, and found useful, and no doubt it will be found equally useful in regard to the Acts of the Federal Council.page 24
Dr. Macgregor seconded the motion.
The motion was agreed to, and the bill was introduced and read a first time.
The bill was ordered to be printed, and the second reading fixed for Friday.
