Registrar.

(1.) The Governor shall by warrant under his hand appoint some fit person to be the Registrar of Friendly Societies (herein termed "the Registrar"), and such person may hold the office of Registrar in conjunction with any page 9 other office which the Governor shall deem to he not incompatible with the office of Registrar. The Governor may in like manner from time to time remove any such Registrar from his office, and in case of any such removal, or of the death or resignation of any Registrar, may appoint another in his place.
