Course of Study
Course of Study.
For the convenience of Students attending the University, the following alternative plans have been prepared, and in accordance with them the hours of study have been arranged. Student who wish to complete their terms within three years are recommended to adhere to one or other of these plans. It is, however, not necessary, nor is it in most cases desirable, that students should attempt to complete their course of study within three sessions.
Literary Course.
Latin; Mathematies | English, or Greek, or Modern Languages. |
Latin; | Mathematics and Natural Philosophy; | Mental Science. |
Greek, or Modern Languages, or English; | Moral Philosophy including Political Economy | Chemistry, or Natural Science, or Law. |
Scientific Course.
Latin; Mathematics; | Chemistry or Natural Science. |
