Proceedings to be taken summarily.
57. All proceedings for offences against the provisions of this Ordinance shall be had and taken in a summary way and all fines and penalties hereby imposed shall be recovered in the manner directed by the Act of the Imperial Legislature intituled the "Summary Convictions Act 1848" and the Act of the General Assembly intituled the Justices of the Peace Act 1858."
