Preamble.

Whereas it is expedient to make better regulations in regard to Sales by Auction and Auctioneers and for that purpose to amend the law relating thereto within the Province of Otago:—

Be it Therefore Enacted by the Superintendent of the said Province with the advice and consent of the Provincial Council thereof as follows:
