103Hawke's Bay Local Committee, pos.—Pumice Stone, of varying quality; is spread about the beach for some distance south of Napier, washed down by the rivers from the north.
104Hawke's Bay Local Committee, pos.—Limestone, Specimens of two qualities of Napier Limestone. The whole of Scinde Island appears to be of Limestone. It is carted to the shipping occasionally, at 8s. per ton.
