Section XXII.—Common Seal and Deeds.

1.—The Charter, the Common Seal, and the deeds of the Society shall be deposited in an iron box and in a fireproof room.

2.—Every deed or writing to which the Common Seal is to be affixed shall page 27 be sealed at a meeting of the Council, and signed by the President and 'two or more other Members of the Council.
