XXXIII.—Arbitration.
1. In case of any matter or dispute between this Society and
any person claiming under it and any Member, or person claiming on account of any Member, reference of such matte: shall be made to two or more Justices of the Peace in accordance with Sections 32 and 34 of "The Building and Land Societies' Act, 1866."
Disputes to be referred to arbitration.
