1. The Trustees, with the advice and consent of the Board of Directors, may purchase with the funds of and on behalf of this Society and hold land, with or without a house, and erect thereon a house and offices for the business of the Society, and may at any time sell and execute a conveyance of the said house and land to any purchaser or purchasers thereof, and any such Trustee or Trustees so authorised shall be empowered accordingly.
