Arrears may be Compounded for.

11. The Board may, at their discretion, allow any member to compound for arrears of subscriptions, fines, or other payments due to the Society, by equal monthly payments extending over any period not exceeding that for which the loan was made, and according to a fixed scale to be approved by the Board.
