Peter Morris

Peter is a graduate doing extra subjects part-time for the fun of it. He is an ex-T.C. student who first came to Victoria in 1940. After a spell overseas he finished off at T.C. and had a full-time year doing honours. Was Asst. Sec. of Stud. Ass. in 1946, and committee member in 1947. His main Exec, activities have been in the field of sports administration, member Winter Tournament Committee 1947, author of report on revision of Winter Tournament and member of NZUSA committee for this purpose. Member of Blues Committee 1946-7-8. Has taken part in Extravs. on both acting and administrative sides. Interested in all student, sporting, social and cultural activities and has represented VUC in athletics and Soccer. Member of Finance Committee 1947.

Through two years' experience on the Exec. Peter says he has learnt enough not to make rash promises to the electors but is emphatic that the new Student Building is first priority.
