Where's the Right?

Looking around this university I sit down and wonder whether the right is fighting or if they're getting ready to roll over and decay. For they are conspicuously absent, fading back into their well worn corner. They scream for the facts but all they give is editorial diarrhoea. For in that one sheet of verbose jargon that is all you get. How do you think they manage to regurgitate the same old crap in 3 editions?

Who are these unnamed, do they really fear standing up and being counted? There is an old saying, "even if you're paranoid, it doesn't mean they're not out to get you." Who are these people are going to get you? Do they lurk around these hallowed halls ready to bite your type-writing fingers off?

Are they trying to play the same game as that right-wing non student, who tries to speak via his lawyers' threatening letters. Are these perpetrators really crying out for democracy or their own glory, for who really put the 'mock' in democracy? They are the false prophets who promise beer but only give you a mug that is devoid of any substance. They abuse without being prepared to work for our association. They denounce the people who are the back-bones, ignoring the biggest march in Victoria University's history.

Have they really got the so called average student at heart, or do they scheme to ruin the students' chance of fighting back against government policy? In other words do they really want an association. Are they trying to push their closed 'clique'? For who knows who they are, that certain Committee that doesn't belong to the association, where it would be affected by democracy, to become open, not a dictatorship.

For that's what they would like to do by shutting up this association's Salient, which keeps debate alive, and gives the facts not emotional dribble. For that's all we've seen come from the mixed up minds of the right. These diminutive mentalities who set themselves up as God. For they aren't lily white virgins but have their hands well and truly blackened.
