Brian Sandford

Brian Sandford

Brian has attended VUC since 1953 and has in this time (apart from very severe headaches) acquired his B.Sc. in Physics and is now doing Physics Honours. His part in Varsity clubs reads like the proverbial Who's Who. He is at present vice-president of the Maths and Physics Society, an ardent member of MPHMATS, an active member of the Physics Photographic Club and a demonstrator in the Physics Department. He has also put in a few appearances at the Miniature Rifle Club (no bull).

Brian has a rather interesting policy to present. He feels that regardless of how sincere an Exec member may be he will always fail to discover all that the students would like him to bring before Exec. To this end he would like, if elected, to be approached by students on matters they feel need airing. This is very sound and far more practical than any election promise.

I am certain that if elected he will tackle his new responsibilities with the same application that has earned positions of responsibility.

Nominator: B. Cockburn.

Seconders: M. Collins. T. Corbett.
