We are sorry that it has not been possible to get out the twenty-four issues we had planned for this year: this one. Issue No. 23, will be the last for 1950.

Those who have cards will be entitled to get a refund of twopence if they insist on it. However, a collection for ISS is being taken—by pure chance—on the same days as this last issue will be distributed.

We suggest that, if you must get that money refunded, you put it in the ISS tin which will be on the "Salient" table during those days. Twopence won't mean much to you, but a number of them would give a few pounds to ISS, to whom the money would mean something.
