These are headlines selected at random from the numerous University papers around our room. Would you like to read the stories behind them? They are here for you to read if you are interested.
Salient runs an extensive exchange system of publications with universities all over the world, As we lack a reading room at V.U.C. these are filed in Salient room and are available to all students for reading at any time except Wednesday nights when we are busy producing our own publication. This exchange system has been built up over many years for your benefit, so use it. We at present exchange with some thirty-five papers and can't read them all ourselves so come and help us. The papers come from all the colleges of the University of New Zealand and all the Universities of Australia. Also from universities in Canada (some even in French specially for French students), England. Malta. France, Czechoslovakia and U.S.A. From U.S.A. we even get a daily so you can read the noose from an American angle.
So if you are interested and have the time we would be only too pleased to welcome you to Salient room to read these publications from fellow universities.
