Student Opinion.

It was held that the Peace Ballot of 1984 had not been of much practical use the idea being expressed that the opinions expressed were block votes by those interested. An adverse opinion of such [unclear: ventures was] passed.

This seems deplorable, for in at least two of the Colleges. Victoria and Massey, the ballot was made quite representative, and it seems that a little more energy would have brought similar results elsewhere.
