Mistaken Identity.

A young teacher just out of T.C. has made a point of meeting the parents of her pupils, and on entering a tram recently, exclaimed in a most cordial tone to one of the passengers: "Why how do you da, Mr. Brown!"

The man addressed looked a little dazed and evidently did not know her. The young lady saw her mistake and hurriedly apologised, saying; "Oh, I beg your pardon—I thought you were the father of one of my children."
