When forwarding on copies of the "Kia Ora Coo-ee" to subscribers who have been evacuated, Unit Representatives should, if possible, use ink in addressing wrappers. Failing this, indelible pencil should be used, the wrapper first being dampened. A number of copies has been returned to this office the addresses on them being indecipherable. If subscribers who have not received their copies will notify Secretary, those on hand will be distributed.
