Final Report.

I am directed to report that the Native Affairs Committee held its final meeting on Friday, the 9th day of October, 1908.

During the session the Committee held thirty-seven meetings.

The Committee had before it 194 petitions, including 18 petitions undealt-with last year. Of these, 176 were considered and reported upon; the remaining 18, as per schedule attached, are held over till next session for consideration.

The following Bills were referred to and duly reported on by the Committee: viz., the Maori Land Laws Amendment Bill and the Validation Court Empowering Bill.

Kua whakahaua ahau kia ripoata, i tu te huinga whakamutunga o te Komiti mo nga Mea Maori i te Paraire, te 9 o nga ra o Oketopa, 1908.
