No. 853 (1907).—Petition of Epanaia Whaanga and 21 Others re Opoutama and Waikokopu No. 3 Blocks.
Petitioners ask that the power of administration of these blocks by the Public Trustee be withdrawn, and that the petitioners be permitted to administer them for their own benefit.
I am directed to report that the Committee recommends that the petition be referred to the Government for favourable consideration.

No. 853 (1907).—Pitihana a Epanaia Whaanga me etahi atu e rua tekau ma tahi, mo Opoutama me Waikokopu Poraka.
E tono ana nga kai-pitihana kia tangohia atu i te Kai-tiaki mo te Kotoa te mana whakahaere o enei poraka, a kia tukua hoki ma nga kai-pitihana ano e whakahaere i aua whenua hei painga mo ratou.
Kua whakahaua ahau kia ripoata, ki te whakaaro a te Komiti me tuku atu tenei pitihana ki te Kawanatanga kia whiriwhiria paitia.
