No. 183 (1908).—Petition of Te Waha Ahipene and 144 Others re Southern Portion of Maungapohatu Block.

Re the Maungapohatu Block, petitioners ask that a boundary described by them be confirmed.

I am directed to report that, as the prayer of the petitioners has already been acceded to by the confirmation of the boundaries by the Native Minister, the Committee has no recommendation to make.

No. 183 (1908).—Patihanam Te Waha Ahipene me etahi atu kotahi rau e wha tekau ma wha, mo te taha tonga o Maungapohatu Poraka.

Mo Maungapohatu Poraka, e tono ana nga kai-pitihana kia whakatuturutia te rohe e korerotia ana e ratou.

Kua whakahaua ahau kia ripoata, i te mea kua oti te inoi a nga kai-pitihana te whakamana, i runga i te whakatuturutanga o nga rohe e te Minita Maori, no reira kaore kau he kupu a te Komiti,
