No. 75 (1908).—Petition of Mere Matene Nutira and Others re Taumutu Native Reserve.
Petitioners ask for rehearing of an application made by the Public Trustee at the Native Land Court, held at Leeston in November, 1906, affecting their interests in 700 acres of land, situated on the borders of Lake Ellesmere, for the purpose of having the shares of petitioners in said land equalised and readjusted.
I am directed to report that the Committee has no recommendation to make
