Petitioner prays that legislation be passed in accordance with arrangements made between the various lawyers in connection with the Wi Pere Trust Estate, Hawke's Bay.

No. 828 (1907).—Petition of Hone Paerata and Others.

Petitioners pray for a rectification of the numbers and lists of names of Kopuatarakihi Nos. 2b and 2c, and also the main block.

No. 841 (1907).—Petition of Anaru Pera and Others.

Petitioners pray for restoration to them of the Tangoio South Block, which was transferred to the Maori Land Board.

I am directed to report that these petitions be referred to the Government for consideration.
