Paper No. 167 G, being a Copy of the Report by the Chief Judge of the Native Land Court on the Petition of William Rogers, laid en the Table of the House on the 7th August, 1907, and referred by the House to this Committee.
I am directed to report that, in the opinion of the Committee, the Paper No. 167 should be referred to the Government for consideration, with a recommendation that legislation be brought down to give effect to the report furnished by Judge Rawson to the Chief Judge of the Native Land Court.
