No. 232 (1907).—Petition of Tuaiwa Ngatipare, of Raglan.

Petitioner prays that the contract to pay the balance of the purchase-money for the Tawatahi Block, near Raglan, be fulfilled.

I am directed to report that the Committee has no recommendation to make on this petition.

E inoi ana kia whakatutukitia te kupu kanataraka kia utua te toenga o nga moni hoko o Tawatahi Poraka, e tata ana ki Rakarana.

Kua whakahaua ahau kia ripoata, kaore kau he kupu a te Komiti mo runga i tenei pitihana.
