Petitioners pray for rehearing in connection with Lot 72, Matata (Kokohinau), and Lot 59 Matata (Putauaki).

I am directed to report that the Committee has no recommendation to make with regard to this petition.

No. 471, 1905.—Pitihana a Wi Kapua ratou ko etahi atu e rua tekau ma waru.

E inoi ana kia whakawakia tuaruatia a Rota 72, Matata (Kokohinau), raua ko Rota 59, Matata (Putauaki).

Kua whakahaua ahau kia ki penei, kaore kau a te Komiti kupu mo tenei pitihana.
