No. 189, 1898.—Petition of G. A. Hirschberg.
Petitioner alleges that through a legal technicality he is unable to complete certain transactions in connection with leasing portion of the Ngawakaakupe No. 3 Block, Wairarapa. He prays that legislation may be passed to enable him to bring the matter before the law-courts.
I am directed to report that the Committee, having again gone thoroughly into this matter, finds that it can make no recommendation.
