Petitioners pray that instigation may be made into the ownership of the Tuhua-Ruatoki No. 1 Block, Urewera district, in order that certain persons, whom they allege to have been wrongfully admitted, may be removed from the title.

I am directed to report that the Committee recommends that this petition be referred to the Government for consideration.
