No. 106.—Petition of Maraea Puri (Heketa).

Petitioner prays that a certificate of title or Crown grant may be issued to her for Lots 21, 22, 31, and 32, Tikokino, Agricultural Reserve, near Hampden, Hawke's Bay, she having fully paid for same under the provisions of "The Special Contracts Confirmation Act, 1877."

I am directed to report that the Committee recommends that legislation should be passed during the present session giving the necessary power to comply with the prayer of the petitioner.
