Petitioners allege that through not having received notice of the sitting of the Court which adjudicated upon Sections 38, 40, 41, and 43, Parish of Rangitaiki, near Whakatane, they did not obtain their rights, and now pray for a rehearing to enable them to do so.

I am directed to report that the Committee has no recommendation to make with regard to this petition.
