Petitioners pray for a rehearing in connection with Pekapekatahi, Lot 32, Parish of Rangitaiki, Whakatane district.

I am directed to report that the Committee finds this matter was fully investigated under the provisions of "The Native Trusts and Claims Definition and Registration Act, 1893," and that the Court then found the petitioners had no claims. As no further evidence of their rights has been placed before this Committee they have no recommendation to make.
