Nos. 300, 324, 332, 333, and 334, 1897.—Petition of Heta Matua and Another.

Petitioners pray for a rehearing in connection with Waimarama, Okaihau, Waipuka Porangahau Nos. 1 and 2. and Mangamaire Blocks; also, that moneys due on the interests of Reihana Huripoki page 7in the Porangahau No. 1 and Mangamaire Blocks be not paid over until such rehearings have been held.

I am directed to report that the Committee has no recommendation to make with regard to those petitions.

E inoi ana nga kai-pitihena kia whakawhakia tuaruatia a Waimarama, a Okaihau, a Waipuka, a Porangahau Nama 1 me Nama 2, me Mangamaire Poraka; a e inoi ana hoki kaua nga moni e tika ana kia utua mo te hea o Reihana Huripoki i Porangahau Nama 1 me Mangamaire Poraka e whakaputaina kia oti ra ano nga whakawa tuarua e tonoa nei.

Kua whakahaua ahau kia ki penei, kaore kau a te Komiti kupu mo runga i tenei pitihana.
