No. 94.—Petition of Rewi Maaea.
Petitioner alleges that the interests of his grandfather in Te Akau Block, Putataka No. 3, have been wrongfully awarded to one Kararaina Kahukoka instead of to himself and brothers. He prays for redress.
I am directed to report that the Committee has no recommendation to make with regard to this petition.

E ki ana te kai-pitihana ko nga whai-paanga o tona koroua ki Te Akau Poraka, Putataka Nama 3, kua whakataua hetia kia Kararaina Kahukoka a kaore i whakataua ki a ratou ko ona tuakana.
Kua whakahaua ahau kia ki penei, ki te whakaaro o te Komiti kaore kau he kupu a te Komiti mo runga i tenei pitihana.
