No. 401.—Petition of Hemi te Rakaherea and 6 Others.

Petitioners pray that the Whitireia Block may be returned to the Natives.

I am directed to report that the Committee recommend that this petition be referred to the Government.

No. 401.—Pitihana a Hemi te Rakaherea me etahi atu toko ono.

E inoi ana nga kai-pitihana kia whakahokia atu ki a ratou a Whitireia Poraka.

Kua whakahaua ahau kia ki penei, ki te whakaaro a te Komiti me tuku atu tenei pitihana ki te Kawanatanga.
