No. 266.—Petition of Hoani te Rangikangaiho and Others. (No. 2.)

Petitioners state that a reserve, part of the Pourerere Block, which belongs to them has been sold by the Government. They pray for inquiry and redress.

I am directed to report that the Committee recommend that this petition be referred to the Government for consideration.

No. 266.—Petihana a Hoani te Rangikangaiho me etahi atu.

E ki ana nga kai-pitihana ko tetahi rahui, he wahi no to ratou whenua no Pourerere Poraka, kua hokona atu e te Kawanatanga ki te tangata. E inoi ana ratou kia uiuia taua mea a kia whakaorangia to ratou mate.

Kua whakahaua ahau kia ki penei, ki te whakaaro o te Komiti me tuku atu tenei pitihana ki te Kawanatanga kia whiriwhiria.
