Petitioners pray for a rehearing in regard to Porongahau Nos. 1 and 2 and Mangaorapa Blocks, Hawke's Bay.

I am directed to report that the Committee has no recommendation to make with regard to this petition.

No. 268.—Pitihana a Maraea te Awaiti me tetahi atu.

E inoi ana nga kai-pitihana mo tetahi whakawa tuarua mo nga Poraka o Porangahau Nama 1 me Nama 2 me Mangaorapa, Haaki Pei.

Kua whakahaua ahau kia ki penei, kaore kau a te Komiti kupu mo runga i tenei pitihana.
