No. 234.—Petition of Hue te Huri.

Petitioner prays that the Rangitoto-Tuhua Block be not disturbed by purchase, survey, or other claim.

I am directed to report that, as the land is still Native land, and as no application has been made to bring it before the Native Land Court, the Committee has no recommendation to make with regard to this petition.

E inoi ana te kai-pitihana kia kaua te Poraka o Rangitoto-Tuhua e whakararurarutia e te hoko e te ruri e tetahi atu kereeme ranei.

Kua whakahaua ahau kia ki penei, i te mea he whenua papatupu tenei, a kaore ano kia tonoa kia whakawakia e te Kooti Whenua Maori, kaore kau a te Komiti kupu mo runga i tenei pitihana.
