No. 190.—Petition of Irimina Tutua and 62 Others.

Petitioners pray that the Whatuma Lake, near Waipukurau, may be returned to them.

I am directed to report that the Committee recommend that this petition be referred to the Government for consideration.

No. 190.—Pitihana a Irimina Tutua me etahi atu e ono tekau ma rua.

E inoi ana nga kai-pitihana kia whakahokia atu ki a ratou a Whatuma, he roto e tata ana ki Te Waipukurau.

Kua whakahaua ahau kia ki penei, ke ti whakaaro o te Komiti me tuku atu tenei pitihana ki te. Kawanatanga kia whiriwhiria.
