No. 226.—Petition of Wi te Kahu and 46 others.

Petitioners allege that when the Mohaka Nos. I. and II. Blocks were partitioned the individual shares were wrongly allocated. They pray for readjustment.

I am directed to report that the Committee recommend that this petition be referred to the Government, with a view to legislation being introduced to enable the readjustment prayed for.
