No. 22.—Petition of Mr. W. F. Brown.

The petitioner, a European, states that his wife Ellen, eldest daughter of Mr. William Jenkins, of Otaki, has been dispossessed of land to which she is entitled, and prays for relief.

That the Committee recommend that inquiry be made by the Government into the claim set forth in this petition.
