Two acts passed by the General Assembly of New Zealand, 1858, relating to native affairs, namely: the Native Districts Regulation Act; and the Native Circuit Courts Act. Whereas it is expedient that more effectual provision be made for the keeping of the Queen's Peace, and for the Administration of Justice within Districts over which the Native Title has not been extinguished:
Be it therefore enacted, by the General Assembly of New Zealand, in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—
