Schedule referred to in the foregoing Deed.

All that piece of land situate at Aorere, bounded on the northward by high water mark of Golden or Massacre Bay; on the eastward by part numbered 2 of the said reserve marked J; on the southward partly by Crown Land and partly by Gibbs road; and on the westward by Elizabeth- street; and which said piece of land is marked 1 of reserve marked J on sheet number 14 of the plan of the Province of Nelson.

Executed at Collingwood, Province of Nelson, this sixth day of December, 1859.
