Sir,—
In reply to your letter just received, I beg to state, officially, that I am now prepared to give the necessary undertaking to refund the accrued rents from the Princes Street Reserve, upon the amount being paid over to the Provincial Treasury. On this being done, I see no object in pressing the Bill now before the Legislative Council.
