William Joseph Cooch
Born in Ireland in 1898, William Joseph Cooch arrived in New Zealand in 1923. He studied painting and etching under Hugh G Charde, R.H.A., and architecture at the London Polytechnic School of Architecture. His work mainly includes architectural perspectivespage 29in water colour and chalk, and the graphic arts. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, and his work is to be seen in the Auckland and Wellington Art Galleries.
