Miscellaneous Provisions.

62.Cost of administration. Subject to the provisions of section forty hereof, the cost of administration of this Act shall be defrayed out of moneys to be from time to time appronriated by Parliament for the purpose.
63.Removal by Governor of members of Board. If in the opinion of the Governor any Board fails to show due diligence in the exercise and performance of the powers and duties conferred and imposed on it by this Act, then, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in any other Act, the Governor may at any time remove the President and other members of such Board, or such of them as the Governor thinks fit, and may appoint some other person in place of any person so removed.
64.
(1.)Regulations. The Governor may from time to time, by Order in Council, make regulations for any of the following matters:—
(a.) Prescribing the form of contract of sale to be used for the purposes of this Act, and the terms, covenants, and conditions that may be contained in any such contract;
(b.) Prescribing the form of lease or alternative forms of lease to be used for the purposes of this Act, and the terms, covenants, and conditions that may be contained in any such contract;
(c.) Providing for the payment by lessees of the costs and expenses incurred by a Board in ascertaining the particulars to be recorded under section thirty-one hereof, and otherwise in giving effect to that section;
(d.) Providing for the issue to the Maori owners of land subjeet to this Act of documents of title with respect to their equitable interests in such land;
(e.) Prescribing the mode in which moneys shall be invested in accordance with section forty-one hereof; and
(f.) Providing generally for such matters as are necessary for the efficient administration of this Act.
(2.) All regulations made by the Governor in Council under the authority of this Act shall be laid before Parliament within fourteen days after the making thereof if Parliament is then in session, and if not, then within fourteen days after the commencement of the next ensuing session.
65.Orders in Council shall be gazetted. All Orders in Council Made under the authority of Act shall be gazetted.
