Honour to Board's Chairman.

The lady members of the Railway were delighted to hear of the honour bestowed by the King upon Mr. F. J. Jones, Chairman of the Board.

When a boiled egg is found to be insufficiently cooked, place a clean steel darning needle through the centre of it, to hold the two pieces together, and put it back into boiling water for a minute or so. The egg will set without coming out of the shell.
