The Upper Pitt Street Primitive Methodist Church
The Upper Pitt Street Primitive Methodist Church is a large, unpretentious wooden building, which has recently been lengthened. Though of a plain exterior, it is well fitted up inside with seats for 350 worshippers, and a gallery runs across one end. The building is lighted with windows of frosted glass, and the total cost of the church and site was about £1100. On the basement floor underneath the church the Sunday school is held, and is attended by 150 scholars.
